Taste the local gastronomy of Burgos, including the famous blood sausages.

Today in the mid morning you will do a wine tasting experience in a winery with Designation of origin Ribera del Duero.
You will also have lunch with a selection of tapas including salads, peppers, asparagus, chorizo, black pudding, braised meats or roasted lamb.
In the afternoon, you will visit a local craft workshop.
Guided visit in the Green accommodation to learn about all the sustainability practices work: geothermal energy, green roof, bioclimatic construction, wastewater treatment, organic garden and farm.
